There has been much discussion regarding the Electronic Logging Device (ELD) ruling recently enacted by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). The Equine Welfare Committee of the American Saddlebred Horse Association has been following the ruling with interest, as it affects the safe and efficient transportation of our breed.
