The World’s Championship Horse Show will be upon us shortly and Equine Sports Council is preparing for another successful year at the Kentucky State Fair.

The ESC Mobile App has been updated and is available as a download at https://equinesportscouncil.org/mobilehub/. You’ll find quick access to the ESC Rulebook, Medication Report Form, a Quick Reference Guide for Common Medications and the searchable Medication Database.

Pony Measurements will take place at the WCHS on Saturday afternoon August 16 at 1 p.m. and Sunday morning August 17 at 9 a.m. at the equine entrance to the North Wing. Handlers will access the Pony Measurement Form via the Mobile Hub with a smartphone or tablet, and may pre-fill the form prior to arrival to expedite the process. You will need to have the following information: registered name and registration number of horse/pony, date of birth, owner name and email address, handler name and email address.

A group of ponies were recently measured remotely by an ESC Steward and a second witness as a trial to test the new pony measurement form and software. These measurements will all be reverified at KSF. Having the registration/ownership data and photos already in the system will speed up the verification process and shorten everyone’s wait time.
