UPHA Chapter 5 adds classes
The UPHA Chapter 5 Horse Show is pleased to announce the launch of the UPHA Chapter 5 Junior Horse Jackpot Series! Four classes will be held throughout the show, May 6-9, in Kansas City, Missouri. One class will be held each day, with a $100 cash prize for the winning trainer of each event, donated by High Spirits Farm. There will also be a prize for the High Point Rider throughout the four-class series that will be presented on Saturday. The Junior Fine Harness Jackpot will be held on Wednesday morning as the first class of the show, class 1A. The Junior Five-Gaited Jackpot will be held on Thursday night as class 70A. The Junior Park Pleasure Jackpot will be held on Friday morning as class 101A. The Junior Three-Gaited Jackpot will be held on Saturday morning as class 140A.
Also new to the schedule will be a Three-Gaited Show Pleasure Limit Horse class that will run on Thursday morning as class 55A.
The UPHA Chapter 5 is thrilled to be the host for the next Trainer’s Equitation Cup, presented in a joint effort by the AMHA and ASHA! Nominations for trainers are already pouring in from all across the country, and it promises to be an exciting and entertaining event. The Trainer’s Equitation Cup will be held as the last class on Friday night and already features generously donated prizes from Marsha De Arriaga and Terry Bennett’s Tack!
