World Class Equestrian Facility Underway in Little Rock

Bob Mullenax announces the inception of The Pine Hill Ranch, a state of the art equine, canine and banquet center in heart of Little Rock, Arkansas. Born from his love of horses, PHR is the culmination of a life long dream to open a truly awe inspiring facility.

Mullenex’s 250 acre estate, located off of Glen Colonel and Congo Ferndale, will be home to the The Pine Hill Ranch Riding Academy, American Saddlebred Training Stable, Canine Training Park and Banquet Facilities. The Pine Hill Ranch is a multi-phase endeavor, with completion scheduled over the course of the next few years. The Pine Hill Ranch Riding Academy will be the immediate focus of the PHR team. This month, ground is breaking on the Riding Academy with much anticipation for it’s opening in the early months of 2018.

The Riding Academy promises to be a world class operation. Group lessons, private lessons, yoga on horseback, summer horse camps, birthday parties, trail rides and clinics are just some of the items on the menu for the future of the Riding Academy. All services will be available to the public, and no prior equine knowledge or experience will be necessary. The Pine Hill Ranch will be home to a string of top-notch school horses willing to teach the most timid rider or the most confident of professionals. Equine activities will encompass children and adult of all ages; riders as young as 3 years old are encouraged to participate.

The facilities for the riding program will be second to none. Planned is a 12 stall barn, complete with 12 x 12 stalls, large spacious tack rooms, trainer's office, and a 12 x 14 locker room including a kitchenette and lockers for each rider. There will be a 180’ x 70’ covered arena, complete with an open air bleacher spectator area, as well as a heated and air conditioned viewing lounge. There will also be separate and spacious areas for birthday parties and summer horse camps.

Jessie Richardson, formerly of Kierson Farm in Flemington, N.J., has been brought on board as head of the equine division. Richardson comes to Arkansas with a lifetime of involvement in the equine industry. Her horses and riders have earned over 40 World and National titles in just her first 12 years as a professional horse trainer. Jessie’s passion for all things horse is contagious, and her love of teaching riding has no bounds. Jessie will focus her immediate energy on the development of a first rate riding lesson program. Jessie promises to offer clients at The Pine Hill Ranch unparalleled attention and the highest quality of instruction. Richardson will also be brining on a team of instructors to complement her teaching style as the reach of PHR broadens.

The Pine Hill Ranch promises to bring the love of American Saddlebreds to Arkansas. PHR has plans for a 24-stall training facility located across the property from the riding academy. In the training barn Jessie will aid clients in the acquisition of American Saddlebreds that will be prepared under her training for the show ring both in the Central Southern region and also on a National level.

As construction progresses, tours of the new facility will be available, as well as pre-bookings for lessons and other activities at the ranch. Please stay tuned for the announcement of the website launch, where more information on the future of Pine Hilll Ranch will be available. For immediate inquires into the equine division, please contact Jessie Richardson.
