Saddle & Bridle Announces New Qualification Cut-Off Date for Finals

Starting with the 2017 finals, the cut-off date to qualify for Saddle & Bridle Magazine’s finals will be September 1.

Historically the cut-off date to qualify was the Monday before the week of the St. Louis National Charity Horse Show, where the finals are held. However, the new dates have been selected to help simplify the qualification process.

Saddle & Bridle’s finals include seven National Championship classes: Saddle & Bridle’s Shatner Western Pleasure National Championship, Saddle & Bridle’s Junior Exhibitor Shatner Western Pleasure National Championship, Saddle & Bridle’s Working Western Pleasure National Championship, Saddle & Bridle’s Pleasure Equitation Senior Medallion National Championship, Saddle & Bridle’s Pleasure Equitation Junior Medallion National Championship, Saddle & Bridle’s Hunter Seat Classic National Championship and Saddle & Bridle’s Working Hunter Classic National Championship.

Horse shows falling over September 1 may qualify for either the current year’s finals or the following year’s finals, but show management must inform Saddle & Bridle which year they intend the classes to qualify for in writing prior to the show.

Saddle & Bridle classes may be ordered online at http://www.saddleandbridle.com/programs/classes. For more information, contact Allie Layos at (314) 725-9115 or allie@saddleandbridle.com.
