Published: May 17, 2022

The American Saddlebred Museum recently announced the grand re-opening of the Elisabeth M. Goth History Wing and the opening of the new exhibit, CHMy-My on Saturday, May 21. The new History Wing features an expanded history of the American Saddlebred from past to future, a virtual reality exhibit, life size mare and foal sculptures, children's activities, exhibits highlighting the versatility of the American Saddlebred, and interactive exhibits.

A ribbon cutting and celebration will be held on May 21 at 6 p.m. Following a ribbon cutting, Rob Byers will lead a panel discussion including personal experiences, remembrances and anecdotal stories from individuals whose lives were touched by CHMy-My.  Our panelists will include Austin Waggoner, Bobby Joe Young, Dr. Clark Cleveland, and David Mountjoy. Hors d'ouevres and wine will be served.

Tickets to the Grand Re-Opening celebration are $45 for Museum members, $60 for non-members. Tickets can be purchased at https://shop.asbmuseum.org/products/elisabeth-goth-history-wing-grand-re-opening-ticket
